I am blessed with a body that retains (literally) 10 pounds of water every time my hormones fluctuate (both my period and before I ovulate!) which makes my weight loss efforts very frustrating. While my trend is downward, it’s tough to maintain my motivation when the scale goes up 6 days in a row during a water fast. I decided to graph my weight loss and WOW was it illuminating. The spikes are perfectly timed at 2 weeks apart and then afterward there’s a huge dive, every time. This really helped me; hopefully it will help you guys too!
